The McCarville Report Online
Tuesday, July 28, 2009
Former
Rep. Rob Johnson of Kingfisher said today he's a candidate
for the Republican nomination for the open State Senate District
22 seat that encompasses portions of Canadian, Kingfisher,
Logan and Oklahoma Counties.
Johnson
served four years in the Oklahoma House, where he was known
for his conservative stances on taxes, spending and moral
issues. He narrowly lost the Republican nomination for the
Corporation Commission to Dana Murphy in 2008. He lives in
Kingfisher with his wife Michelle and their two daughters,
Kensington and McKellyn. Rob and Michelle have been married
